Appointments Committee
The Appointments Committee holds a Public Hearing to consider the nominations of H.E. the President. Three Minister-designate are to appear before the Appointments Committee today.
Following President John Dramani Mahama recently nominating, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson as Minister-designate for Finance, John Abdulai Jinapor as Minister-designate for Energy, and Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine as Attorney General and Minister for Justice-designate.
The Finance Minister-designate, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, has appeared before Parliament’s Appointments Committee today for vetting as he prepares to assume his new role.
All three nominees are scheduled to be vetted by the Appointments Committee on Monday, January 13, 2025 today.
