The Founder and President of the Atta Mills Institute and Formal Deputy General-Secretary of the National Democratic Congress Koku Anyidoho, has written on X, formerly of the Twitter wall, to express his displeasure after an unknown individual destroyed the statue of the late President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills at the Asomwee Park.

His Name and that of the former president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo were removed from the statue.

It was written on the plaque with the inscription” Assisted by Samuel Koku Anyidoho”. But after the plaque was destroyed, a new inscription was replaced without his name and that of former President Nana Addo.

Koku Anyidoho in a post shared on X, formerly of Twitter wall on Wednesday,y January 15, 2025, I’ll take the gifts He has bestowed and humbly ask for more over the destruction of the plaque.

He writes; MHB:399 “What shall I render to my God for all His mercies shown, I’ll take the gifts He has bestowed and humbly ask for more”. Great things He has done, and greater things He will do. In All things, I give thanks to God. God bless my Homeland Ghana now and always. Shalom🙏🇬🇭❤️.
